| Abstract | N- Methyl carbamates are extracted from aqueous samples with methylene chloride, and from soils, oily waste and oils with acetonitrile. The extract solvent is exchanged to methanol/ethylene glycol, and then the extract is cleaned up on a C-18 analytical column. After separation, the target analytes are hydrolyzed and derivatized post-column, then quantitated fluorometrically. |
