1. Exfoliate regularly

If your feet are rough, you can soak them for a few minutes in hot water. Next, take some sort of foot rasp and scrape the bottoms of your feet. Mix equal parts baking soda and olive essence. Then put this mixture on your feet and let it act for ten minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and your feet or elbows will be much softer.

When you wash, avoid hot water, use very greasy soaps and very mild products.

Squeeze 3 lemons and mix its juice with 1 cup of powdered milk. Apply this mixture to the rough spots on your skin and wait for 15 minutes. Then rub your skin with a pumice stone.

9. Make a mixture of lemon and olive oil

For all your rough joints, cut a lemon in half and run it directly over your skin. Then take some olive oil and massage in the same places. You can repeat as needed.

10. Soothe Irritated Skin

If your skin is so rough that it becomes irritated in certain areas of your skin, apply small compresses of chamomile tea.
