  • Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of black tea to 1/2 liter of boiling water.

If you don’t like the taste of carrot juice so much, you can add fruit to your juice such as pineapple, oranges or grapefruit.

The important thing is to have a minimum of 4 to 5 large carrots in your juice for it to be effective on your skin and your complexion.
